It will be a long holiday weekend, so what better way to spend it than going on a holiday trip and carrying a card that now can convert BPI Real Thrills rewards points to Philippine Airlines Mabuhay Miles, for as low as 5,000 points?
For added convenience, dahlings, BPI and PAL have made it easier for everyone to purchase PAL tickets via the BPI My ePrepaid MasterCard, would you believe?
“As PAL extends its routes and increases its fleet size, we are delighted to have BPI as our partner in making sure that customers always enjoy great value,” Rafael Rollan, PAL officer-in-charge, said.
“With BPI being the first bank in Southeast Asia, and PAL being the first airline in Asia, we combine our years of expertise in ensuring that we deliver outstanding products and services that enhance customer experiences.”
“This alliance between two of the country’s biggest institutions go beyond the country’s history,” said Ginbee L. Go, BPI senior vice president and card banking group head. “It underscores BPI’s thrust to continue and enable more Filipinos to travel to more places and be connected to the rest of the world. Together with PAL, we make it easier for Filipinos to realize their dream to travel.”
Après the applause, a guest commented: “This partnership is great since I travel a lot, but each year it takes so short to get to where I’m going, but longer to drive to the airport.” Amen to that, sir!
Yes! Grab your BPI-PAL Card and see the world in style, making your travel more fun and worry-free, ’di bala, palanggas?

FCCP ball on Dec. 4
The Friends for Cultural Concerns of the Philippines (FCCP), a non-stock, nonprofit organization founded in 1979 to nurture young musicians, held an afternoon get-together at the Forbes Park residence of fun Tereret Liboro.
Leading the pack of women of substance and stature, natch, was FCCP president Nene Santos Leonor. Guests and prospective benefactors were treated to music, dancing and a delectable late-afternoon heavy bar-chow catered by no less than Millie Reyes’ The Plaza.
Agenda was the organization’s coming annual grand ball on Dec. 4, which will feature internationally acclaimed artist Lea Salonga.
Hosting the affair were Nene Leonor, directors Yoly Ayson, Karen Macasaet, Nene Pe Lim and Rosita Lesaca.
Once the meeting was over, the ladies chit-chatted about makeup, hairdos and tons of gossip.
One of the witty ladies present listening to a guest gossiping, said: “It’s incredible, Maurice, how she would always say she does not like to repeat gossip. But then, what else can you do with it?”
Well, I guess she will always be the knife of the party, ’di bala, palanggas.
