P916.3 million: Consolidated net income of SM Development Corporation (SMDC) for the first quarter of the year.  SMDC sold more than 9,000 residential condominium units in 2010.

69 to 227: Range of sizes in square meters of condominium units in West Tower at One Serendra, one of the properties of Ayala Land.  Located in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, the units cost between P11.2 million to P36.9 million.
