While reading the papers recently I noticed a serious-looking photo of presidential candidate Mar Roxas. For some reason the picture which I had seen reprinted several times in various newspapers disturbed me. And so I took a closer look at it and realized that Mr. Roxas has sanpaku eyes.
“Sanpaku” is a Japanese term which means “three whites,” referring to eyes in which the white space above or below the iris is visible.
According to Chinese myth, when the bottom of the white part of the eye is visible, it represents physical imbalance in the body, and is claimed to be seen in alcoholics, drug addicts and people who overconsume sugar or grain.
When the upper white part of the eye is visible, it is said to be an indication of mental imbalance and is seen in psychotics, murderers and anyone in a rage. Stress and fatigue, however, may also be a cause.
Famous people with sanpaku eyes include Abraham Lincoln, James Dean, John F. Kennedy, Sal Mineo, Marilyn Monroe, Robert Pattison, Sylvester Stallone and Natalie Wood.
In his very informative book “Your Body Doesn’t Lie,” Dr. John Diamond said: “When we look at someone with sanpaku eyes, we are weakened, unless our thymus is strong enough to protect us.
And that is one great disadvantage of Mar Roxas, through no fault of his own. Fortunately, there is one way to remedy or counteract this, according to Dr. Diamond. “Smiling is one of the best ways to d o this,” which Roxas seldom does. More often he is photographed looking formal and serious.
Wiping the blackboard clean
“If we cannot smile readily… we are lacking an important mechanism for continually activating the thymus and thereby tonifying our bodies. A smile wipes the blackboard clean,” Dr. Diamond said.
But looking at a person with sanpaku eyes is not the only cause of the weakening of our life force. Have you not observed that there are people you talk with or meet who make you feel weak or drained? And that there are people who energize you or make you feel good?
People who weaken our energy when we talk to them are called “psychic vampires”—they suck your energy. They are not necessarily doing this intentionally. In fact, they are not even aware they are draining a person of his life force or energy.
People who are negative, or those with low energy, may unintentionally suck the energy of those around them. We can protect ourselves from such individuals by imagining ourselves inside a balloon of yellow-white light. Or you may place your folded arms in front of you when talking to such persons.
Dr. Diamond’s book also gives ample proof of the effect of people’s energy on us. Even photos we look at can have either a positive or negative effect on our life force. One can easily prove this by using a pendulum, dowsing rod or muscle testing through what Dr. Diamond calls “Behavioral Kinesiology.”
I can’t make behavioral kinesiology work. I find the pendulum and dowsing rod easier and more reliable.
Use whatever works best for you. There are no absolute rules when it comes to these things.
