Slow-roasted until crispy on the outside and juicy and succulent in the middle, this Porchetta for the festive season is similar to the Filipino lechon belly but given a twist with Spanish herbs, spices and aromatics. It’s perfect for sharing with family and friends.

For those who are looking for a place to dine-in and party the Season away, bring the whole gang to Las Flores, Tomatito, Rambla, Rumba and BCN by Las Flores.
