Today, Doja Cat revealed that she and Nicki Minaj are blessing us with a “Say So” remix. Maybe April isn’t completely crap.

The remix comes at an opportune time to lay a certain Twitter war to rest. Earlier this month, Minaj fans got into a Twitter feud with Doja Cat and her fans, starting a #DojaCatIsOverParty trend last Apr. 13. This is due to a fan-made sketch of the March 2020 Rolling Stone cover with Doja, Minaj and Megan Thee Stallion on the cover instead. Doja was placed in the middle, which the Barbz (Minaj’s fanbase) protested.
Doja then joined the conversation and urged her fans to stop replying, calling the attackers “immature” and “scum.” Now that the two rappers are collaborating, peace can be regained in stan Twitter. Ah, the Earth is healing.
The “Say So” remix will drop on May 1. To tide you over till tomorrow, you can listen to another historic collaboration between Beyoncé and Megan Thee Stallion for “Savage” that just came out today.
Nicki, Doja and TikTok fans, don’t forget to breathe, okay?
