The Asian Cultural Council (ACC) has named Carissa Adea (Dance), Maria Teresa Barrozo (Music), Dex Fernandez (Visual Arts) and Lian Ladia (Curatorial Studies) as 2014 recipients of the ACC Philippines Foundation Fellowship Program.
