Ultra-exclusive night place marks first anniversary
Opus turned one year young recently. The beautiful set and the night owls on the fast lane dug into the ultra-exclusive seven-course menu by top chef Carlo Miguel, which included Duck Sisig Risotto with calamansi, Sous Vide US Angus Beef Short Ribs with Cabernet Sauvignon veil, and Mushroom Pudding and Truffled Potato Foam.
