What do you need to do to find happiness? The Action for Happiness website (www.actionforhappiness.org) says you need to live the Great Dream on a day-to-day basis. Great Dream is the acronym for the 10 internal and external keys people need to take to bring more happiness into their lives.
Losing your job is a bit like a breakup. Draw a Venn Diagram of the two, and in the middle space would be words like “We’re/I’m not happy with your performance,” “We’re/I’m going to have to let you go,” “We/I want to explore more options with other people.” The only difference is the pronouns.
