I’ve always been interested in the stock market, and how to invest and grow my money. Movies like “Wall Street,” “The Wolf of Wall Street” and “Boiler Room” have brought trading and stock brokerage into the limelight. However, they only scratch the surface.
I’m no risk taker. I don’t gamble. I don’t play the market. I like solid and long-term investments; they’re safer—like, say, real estate, where, even then, my capital is limited to a home and another piece to keep and sell for a profit when the time comes.

The long bonds, on the other hand, are down around 12% in value after losing around 20% at its lows. And the peso hit a low of P44.17 against the dollar.
