I’m a big fan of women entrepreneurs who create change and who start trends. You could list down Anastasia Soare as one of those women. Her makeup brand Anastasia Beverly Hills (ABH) is a celebrity and beauty vlogger favorite. A few of her products have also reached cult status, becoming a staple in many makeup artists’ kits.
ABH started out in 1997 via a flagship salon in California. In 2000, the brand released its first product line. Soon enough, ABH became synonymous to the “Instagram brow.” Ahead of everyone else, they have a hold over the patent for the “golden ratio eyebrow shaping method,” which what many tutorials you will see would follow when creating that perfect brow.
It’s exciting to see how the brand is growing further. They’re now available in the Philippines via sephora.ph. It’s fun to see how such a brand is continuing to reach new markets. For one, we makeup lovers can try out this much raved-about brand.
Among the many products they have, here are just a few picks I would recommend for both beginners and experts.
1. Modern Renaissance Palette
I’m a fan of this palette since it’s mostly all warm tones. They’re universally flattering and sophisticated. You can create a lot of look for both daytime and nights out.
2. Clear Eyebrow Gel
You can use this just on its own for “no-makeup” makeup days. They keep the brows in place without making them look or feel crunchy. But you can also definitely use this to lock in your chose gel or pencil eyebrow products.
3. Glow Kit in Sun Dipped
I think it will take a while before we grow sick of highlighters. They just elevate a look and this palette may just be the only one your need if you’re fond of highlighters. The set features four different shades: Bronzed, Summer, Tourmaline and Moonstone.
4. Dipbrow Pomade
If you want impactful, never-going-away brows, I would highly recommend this product. There are 11 colors available, so every other hair shade will find a match. The formula is made to last but also easy to use and refine according to your eyebrow situation.
5. Brush #12
Not all brow brushes are created the same. I think this one is essential for anyone who needs that thin, precise angle when creating brows. I also like how the other end is a spoolie tapered at the end so you can really brush your brows throughly.
