Introducing the latest match made in heaven! It’s called ChowCiao Fried Chicken and Pizza, the new kid in The Bistro Group’s block.

And to celebrate its launch ChowCiao has a Buy One Get One promotion starting on August 14. Buy a whole pizza and get half a chicken. Choose from Truffle, Three Meat, Hawaiian, Prosciutto Pizzas and from these chicken flavors–Original Chicken, Honey Miso, Barbecue, Buffalo and Chipotle. You get to try both of their specialties. How’s that for an opening treat?

Conceptualized by executive corporate chef Josh Boutwood, ChowCiao’s dishes are prepared with honest ingredients, made with heart, delivered with pride and to be consumed with vigor and appetite.

“Chow symbolizes the act of eating and Ciao is the well-known Italian greeting for ‘hello.’ “Italian- Italian American cuisine has always been a favorite of the local market and I, myself, love this iconic combination,” Chef Josh said.

Imagine that giddy feeling as you open a box of stacked with savory chicken alongside lip-smacking pizza. That’s how you’ll feel with ChowCiao’s dishes. The Fried Chicken comes in five mouth-watering flavors- Original, the spicier Buffalo, the Japanese-inspired Honey Miso & Furikake, the Sweet BBQ and the smokey Chipotle & Queso Fresco.

Hang in there for the pizza flavors because ChowCiao has definitely a lot to offer. In the red corner, there’s the classic Margherita (tomato, mozzarella, basil); Spicy Pepperoni (tomato, chili, pepperoni, mozzarella, oregano); Prosciutto (tomato, mozzarella, oregano, arugula, prosciutto ham); the chunky Three-meat (omato, mozzarella, smoked bacon, fennel sausage, pepperoni, oregano); the Napolitana (tomato, olive, garlic, cherry tomatoes, anchovy and Hawaiian (tomato, mozzarella, pineapple, smoked ham).

If you are partial to white pizzas, you will most probably prefer to sink your teeth into these flavors: the aromatic Truffle (black truffle, mushroom, mozzarella, oregano); Agliata (marinated garlic, oregano, cherry tomatoes); the ever-popular Four Cheese (mozzarella, gorgonzola, asiago, pecorino, romano cheeses) and Campagna (spinach, fennel sausage, mozzarella, chili).
