Embracing the plentifulness of life’s offerings, I will seek out the richness in every experience this 2024 with abundance. Setting my sights on my New Year’s goals and aspirations, I have been dedicating my energies on personal growth and moving forward with purpose.

Cultivating the dynamic nature of life, I am open to positive change and reset within all relationships. Love can certainly allow for the possibility of truth despite instances of dishonesty. In a healthy, evolving relationship, the individuals involved must be willing to confront challenges and change.

For instance, honesty and openness are fundamental elements of a strong and lasting partnership. It’s important for both individuals to communicate openly and work through any issues. Choosing to see the good in someone, even in difficult times, can help foster understanding and compassion.

However, in instances of dishonesty, it may be necessary for each person to reevaluate their perspective and actively work toward positive change. This could involve a reset in the form of an open and honest conversation, a renewed commitment to communication and a shared understanding of the impact of one’s actions.

In the context of respecting others, it’s important to recognize that the journey of change and growth can impact those around us. Respecting others means being considerate of their feelings, communicating openly with them and, if necessary, seeking to reconcile any harm that may have been caused.

Ultimately, love can permit a chance for truth amid dishonesty, and the process of change and reset is vital in order for two people to come together with mutual respect. This process demands courage, self-reflection and a willingness to work toward a healthier, more honest connection.

Entering 2024 with new focus on reconnections, I will claim my own time. Reestablishing meaningful relationships, I wish to nurture bonds that foster unity and understanding, both in personal circles and wider communities.

Living space

I would also like to refocus on my design energies to creating a new look for my living space. New Year countdown

I was delighted to spend the New Year countdown with my family in Tali Beach. My friends in Makati told me about their New Year’s Eve festivities.

Ayala Land and Make It Makati, in collaboration with the local government of Makati, brought back the biggest New Year’s Eve countdown to ring in 2024, marking 24 years since Makati launched the Philippines’ very first grand-scale countdown in 1999. Featuring headliners Regine Velasquez and SB19, along with other local performers, and with direction from the acclaimed Paolo Valenciano, “Nostalgia Meets the Future: Ayala Avenue New Year’s Eve Countdown to 2024” not only celebrated the coming of the New Year but also showcased Filipino talent.

Over 3.5 million people joined the celebration either on-ground or via the livestreamed event. The celebration was all about Filipino pride, as the spotlight shone on the Asia’s Songbird Velasquez, P-pop sensation SB19, Sponge Cola, Al James and a team of talented musical theater artists led by Gab Pangilinan and Myke Salomon.

The event also delighted guests with a visual and auditory feast—the 3D-stage setup, complete with 7-meter tall LED screens, brought an immersive countdown experience unlike any other! Completing the affair was a six-minute fireworks display that culminated iconic celebration in the city.
