Well, dahlings, for one whole healthy day we had the pleasure of being with the brand ambassadors of the healthy and yummy Jamba Juice during the opening of the new Jamba Juice store in Bonifacio High Street—the brand’s first branch in South East Asia, palanggas.

‘Besos’ and great food
The first time I was brought to the already popular resto at the time, it was by Tatler’s Anton San Diego. It was a food trip for me, and I fell in love with their dishes at the first taste! Now, Beso Cucina Vinoteka finally opened its doors, shaking and heating up the flourishing restaurant scene at Bonifacio’s High Street Central, Taguig, dahlings.
Needless to say, Manille’s hot personalities came in full eating and partying mode, palanggas, like TV host Tim Yap and actress Maxene Magalona, Smart head of wireless Noel Lorenzano, Gina Lorenzano, and lawyer Mike Toledo, among other like them, palanggas.
The ultimate crowd favorite proved to be Beso Paella, an original recipe from mega executive chef Carlo’s famille, drowned with Beso Sangria, naturellement.
Other bestsellers include their metro-renowned and absolute favorite Chorizo and Chocolate on Toast; wow, it was so good I had three helpings, would you believe? Then they have the yummy Shrimp and Chorizo Croquetas, Pintxos, and Grilled Angus Rib-Eye, plus their variety of reasonably priced Spanish wines, dahlings.
“Beso was created by the same team behind the city’s other roster of celebrated establishments like Draft Gastro-Pub, Opus, The Distillery and Izakaya. GE Philippines’ new CEO
Another FIRST for a Filipino, palanggas, when tall, dashing Jocot de Dios was given the awesome position of chief executive officer for General Electric (GE), the first time in six years for a Filipino to assume that position in the country.
To celebrate this happening, a grand dinner reception was held at The Atrium, Enderun Colleges in Fort Bonifacio, with 100 chosen invitees, who are key customers and GE business leaders, natch!
“De Dios’ appointment emphasizes GE’s commitment to transform the lives of Filipinos through advances in technology and innovative solutions. With his leadership style and business acumen, De Dios will be at the helm of the ‘One GE’ approach, which ensures that customers’ relevant needs are addressed, while working closely with GE Asean, corporate teams and GE business leaders in identifying market expansion of GE’s businesses in the country,” said Stuart Dean, CEO of GE Asean no less, dahlings.
Jocot has a Masters of Laws degree from Harvard Law School, was managing director and CEO of Nido Petroleum Ltd., was also previously the Energy Undersecretary and Philippine National Oil Company Exploration Corp. chair. Wow!
