Easy 3-ingredient ice cream for summer | Lifestyle.INQ

We all have our favorite ice cream brands and flavors, but perhaps true ice cream fanatics will understand how amazing it would be to customize a flavor to your exact taste. Well, it’s not that difficult. In fact, you only need three ingredients.

Here are three different ice cream recipes with only three ingredients each:

Fruity ice cream

INGREDIENTS

1 pint heavy whipping cream

1 can condensed milk (optional, if you don’t want it to be too sweet)

Fruit of your choice, chopped or sliced into small bits

PROCEDURE

With a mixer, combine heavy whipping cream, condensed milk, and fruits.

Once thick and well-combined, put into containers.

Place in freezer and leave for at least four to six hours.

Cookie ice cream

INGREDIENTS

1 pint heavy whipping cream

1 can condensed milk (optional, if you don’t want it to be too sweet)

Cookies of your choice, crushed

With a mixer, combine heavy whipping cream, condensed milk, and crushed cookie bits.

Once thick and well-combined, put into containers.

Place in freezer and leave for at least four to six hours.

1 pint heavy whipping cream

Matcha powder (amount depends on how strong you want the matcha flavoring to be)
