IF YOU only have 15 minutes to spare each morning, there is a way to make every minute count and start each day looking your best.
Cleanse your face and lightly apply moisturizer mixed with skin illuminator (which makes you glow but not sparkle). Apply concealer under the eyes or fluid foundation on the parts you need to conceal. Use powder with a puff, and brush off excess with a brush. This gives makeup the staying power it needs for a whole day.
Use light powder shadow smeared along lash lines with soft sponge applicator for a defined day look.
Apply one coat of lash-plumping mascara.
Brush your eyebrows into shape, and use soft pencil to define them.
Smile and apply blusher to the fattest part of your cheek with a big brush, slightly and lightly extending the color towards your ear. Go easy, you don?t want clown cheeks. Choosing sheer color with light reflecting particles will help avoid this.
Apply one coat of colored lip gloss such as Estée Lauder Pure Color lip gloss for soft, natural lips with a healthy shine.
Try this quick routine to convert your day look into evening sophistication. The key is a simple look, applied with the least amount of fuss.
The all-in-one foundation-powder formulation gives skin medium coverage in half the time. So apply it all over your face and take it over lips and eyelids.
A stick of cream eye shadow is easy to apply. Use brown to bring out the color of your eyes and give them a sexy, sultry finish. Slick it over your entire eyelid.
A swift way to blend in your eye shadow is to brush over the top with translucent loose power. This will tone down the color. Re-apply mascara. Use the tip of the mascara wand to coat the lower lashes.
Berry red blusher gives skin a fabulous flush. Apply it with blusher brush, sweeping it from cheeks to eyes.
Choose a berry shade of lipstick (Try Estée Lauder Pure Color in Lady Pink.) to make lips look ?bold.? Cover lower lip first then press lips together to transfer some of the color onto upper lip.
If you?ve run out of concealer, use the dried-up foundation at the bottom of the bottle. It matches your foundation perfectly. If you make a makeup mistake, dip a cotton bud in your liquid foundation and wipe away the mistake.
If your hair is a wreck, hold your head upside down and brush vigorously. Apply a dollop of hair wax and loosely pull back hair and fasten with a clip.
This easy makeup guide will give you a flawless, light finish for day-to-night look.
Here, two of Manila?s super moms reveal the secrets of daytime radiance and revving up the glamour for after-dark. Their expert advice:
?If I have to rush makeup, all I do is lessen what I put on. I always put moisturizer first as it serves as my primary foundation when I don?t have the time, then I use a concealer using my fingers. I use either YSL Touche Éclat or Cinema Secrets, mascara (I?m sold on Maybelline?s Cat Eyes), blush (Shu Uemura?s Rythym), gloss as base (Kiehl?s Lip Balm in Mango), lipstick (my favorite shades: YSL 146?a sort of hot pink shade, and Bobbi Brown?s Uber Beige). This takes about three minutes, max.?

?My staples and must-haves when doing 15-minute makeup: I need to have 1.) a concealer. I just discovered a cheap but effective brand which is Ever Bilena Advance Perfect Eye concealer. It?s very smooth when applied and the beige shade is perfect for my under eye circles. 2.) Powder foundation. I use Maybelline Clear Smooth Extra Shine Free powder foundation with SPF20 in Honey. 3.) Eyeliner?Kokuryu brown eyeliner for my upper and lower lid in Brown. 4.) Maybelline?extra-thick mascara for longer lashes. 4.) MAC?tinted lip conditioner with SPF15 in Fuchsia. I apply this first to moisturize my lips then finish off with Chanel gloss #129? sort of like a berry color. 5.) I use Mac Blush Shade in Summer Rose for my cheeks. Then, I?m ready to go!
