Ylona Garcia dishes on new single, music video, and album plans | Lifestyle.INQ

OCTOBER 27, 2022

Ylona Garcia is definitely up to big things.

Instead of taking a break on a Saturday, she was busy doing ambassador duties for the Fujifilm Instax miniLiPlay with Leila Alcasid and Angelina Cruz. Lifestyle.INQ got to catch her after the program to talk about her next stints.

As soon as September ends, she’s flying to her other home Australia. On Oct. 4, she’ll be performing at the Diamond Showroom, Blacktown Workers Club in Sydney.

But that’s not all.

The “Not Your Bae” singer shares the dates of her latest drops.

“I have a new song coming out at the start of October. And in mid-October, I’m coming out with another song with my friend Jay-R. It’s going to be on Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube. I’ll put out a music video.”

Fans should be excited as it’s clear that Ylona is constantly busy with her passion. When asked about an album though, she says she’s clocking in hours more for the quality.

“I’m thinking of singles ‘muna.’ I’ll think about albums later on.”

Despite being a youngster in the industry, Ylona is quite certain in how she wants to approach her tunes. “When it comes to music, never rush it because once you rush it, it doesn’t feel right. ”

As we were being asked to wrap the interview up, she left us with words to remember. “With me, I always make sure to take my time with music and just have fun and enjoy the right. You only live once so make sure that you take things day by day.”

At this pace, this rising star will surely have her time in the limelight before she flames out.
