We have roughly three weeks to go before the enhanced community quarantine comes to an end — hopefully, not longer. As most of us are safe in our homes to #flattenthecurve and doing what we can to support our brave frontliners through donations, prayers, and DIY projects to provide healthcare workers with protective gear necessary in combating this global pandemic, we also face moments of anxiety and helplessness while we stay glued to our gadgets and watch as the world fights the coronavirus crisis.
This is indeed a defining moment for us all — not just for our country but also for each of us as individuals. Are we going to come out of this stronger, wiser, and kinder? Or are we just going to rest on our laurels and idly wait until this is all over? As Laura Kelly Fanucci beautifully wrote, “When this ends, may we find that we have become more like the people we wanted to be, we were called to be, we hoped to be, and may we stay that way — better for each other because of the worst.”
As you try to cure cabin fever, make the most of it by using this time to learn more about yourself, improve yourself, and enrich the lives of others through leading by example. Here, we’ve put together five inspiring podcasts that are worth listening to.
