Celebrity mom Chesca Garcia has opened up on enjoying being a mother to the hilt, especially now that her kids are still young.
Garcia spoke about cherishing the current “season of motherhood” she is at via an Instagram post yesterday, Aug. 8.
“I really do cherish the season of motherhood. Where kids need me, want me and long to be close to me. Where molding them is easy and guiding them teaches so many lessons in return,” she said.

Garcia noted, however, that she knows that “this time won’t last very long” as her kids will eventually all grow up.
“That is why I am taking every moment as an opportunity to teach them the best way I can,” she said. “Imparting to them valuable lessons; to disciple them; mold their character; teach them to be responsible and disciplined; and help them form good habits.”
“It is not always easy and it requires much, much patience – but as we continue to persevere we see our labor of love start to blossom in the kind person our children are growing up to be,” the doting mother emphasized.
She then shared with her followers a quote from Charlotte Mason, which reads: “The mother who takes pains to endow her children with good habits secures for herself smooth and easy days, while she who lets their habits take care of themselves has a weary life of endless friction with the children.”
Garcia has three children with husband Doug Kramer, namely Kendra, Scarlett and Gavin. She has been married to the former PBA star Doug Kramer since 2008. IB
