Conrad Manila welcomed the yuletide season with the annual lighting of its Christmas tree art installation.
Conrad Manila officially welcomed the Christmas season on Nov. 25 with the annual lighting of its Christmas tree art installation. The hotel had commissioned Filipino sculptor Impy Pilapil to create a unique Yuletide tree.
Painter Juvenal Sanso and sculptor Impy Pilapil, with other artists from Bel-Air Village, Makati City, will exhibit their works in its community center Nov. 17-20, 5-9 p.m.
They look like colorful cells that pop up from the earth. Painted in orange, acid green and violet, these stainless steel stools beckon passersby.
