Whether or not we accept it, our physical bodies will deteriorate with the passage of time. But there are many new and old ways to manage aging gracefully.

Some go through it without a fuss. Others, like me, are happily challenged by the possibilities of longevity and life extension, and along with it, anti-aging and rejuvenation.

There is one certainty we can all look forward to: innovations in technology for aesthetics as well as nanotechnology that capitalizes on the small and precise in order to provide the biggest and most dramatic improvements.

1) First, work on the inside.

It bears repeating—whatever you consume internally will affect your body and mood in ways you could never imagine.

2) Avoid an addictive sugar load.

While you may not feel it right away, bingeing on sugar stresses your pancreas. The mind’s palate says, “Yummy, eat more!” because of one principle: the more sugar you eat, the longer you can sustain your sugar high.

There are many ways to revive the skin and make it young again. Apart from sun avoidance and the use of sunblock, is there more one can do in order to achieve younger-looking skin?

Indeed, it is a small world. With the invention of nanotechnology, science has mastered the micro in order to fix the macro. Groundbreaking science will drastically change the way we live 20-30 years from now.
