After a “SHREKtacular” opening night in Manila, everyone’s favorite smelly ogre continues to spread joy and cheer in “Shrek the Musical”, a song-and dance-filled stage adaptation of the Oscar-winning DreamWorks animated film. “Shrek the Musical” runs until October 12 at the Meralco Theater.
The hit Broadway and West End show “Shrek The Musical,” based on the beloved animated film, is coming to Manila.

This year marks director Bobby Garcia’s 21st year in the theater. “It is hard to believe how fast time has flown,” he says. “It has been a truly incredible journey that I continue to be so thankful for. The opportunity to tell stories and collaborate with great storytellers is really a gift not many are bestowed with. That truth doesn’t escape me for a second. I am blessed to be doing this.”
